data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person
is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly (data subject).

Purpose, Scope and Processing of Personal Data
a)
Technical necessary data
When visiting our website, we collect the
data, which are technically necessary to display the website to you as well as
to provide our contents and services to you.
This involves personal data, which are
transmitted automatically by your browser to our server. Our website cannot be
accessed without using the following data:

system of the computer you used to access the website or the application)

Facebook
Our websites use Facebook's "Website
Custom Audiences" remarketing tool ("Conversion Pixel"). The use
of this pixel allows us to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to
our websites or other websites that also use the Facebook Conversion Pixel.
When you access our pages, your web browser automatically establishes a direct
connection to the Facebook server. If you are logged in parallel to visiting
our websites on Facebook or save Facebook cookies on your computer, Facebook
can assign the visit of our website to your Facebook account. If you are not
registered or logged in to Facebook, there is still the possibility that
Facebook collects and stores your IP address and other identification features.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps. This allows us
to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to
conveniently use the map function. When you visit the website, Google receives
the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our
website. The data listed in the section "Processing of data on the
website/application and legal basis for processing" are transferred as well.
This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are
logged in with or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to
Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you
do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out
before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses
them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or customizing the design
of its website. Such analysis takes place in particular (even for users who are
not logged in) to provide customized advertising and to inform other users of
the social media network about your activities on our website. You have the
right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but to do so you must
contact Google.

Legal Basis for Processing of Personal Data
The processing and the
temporary storage of the personal data and log files are based on Article 6
Paragraph 1 (f) GDPR.

Storage Period and Deletion
The log files are stored for
seven days and then deleted. The storage is necessary for security reasons e.
g. to investigate misuse.

Transfer to Third Country
Within the scope of the
previously mentioned designated purpose according to Section 4 of this Privacy
Notice the personal data are transmitted to the Republic of Korea, which is not a so called safe country under
GDPR. The transmission is necessary because the following service provider
hosts our EUKO website in the Republic of Korea. The personal data collected on our website are
therefore stored on the server of that service provider.
